The unit is available for rent throughout the year. 

 

Rates are as follows:

 

$700 per week off peak

 

$900 per week during peak periods.

 

Rates for shorter periods can be negotiated.

 

Peak periods for 2020/21 are determined as follows:

 

127 June - 20 July 2020

19 Sept - 11 Oct 2020

10 Dec 2020- 31 Jan 2021

2 April - 30 April - 2021

26 June - 18 July 2021

18 Sept - 10 Oct 2021

10 Dec 2021 - 31 Jan 2022

 

Higher rates also apply for long weekends and major special events - please contact us for a price for these periods) 

 

Rates include professional cleaning at the end of your stay.  We provide doonas, blankets and pillows and beds are made with clean linen on arrival.  If you require cleaning during your stay, please contact us to arrange this for an additional fee.  If the unit is left in a particularly dirty condition, a higher cleaning cost will be incurred and will be deducted from your bond accordingly.

 

Terms of bookings:

 

25% of rate payable at time of booking.  Please note this is non-refundable

Remaining 75% payable at least 7 days prior to first date of booking.

 

Cancellations

 

Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations up to 8 days prior to first date of booking - 50% of balance refundable

No refund fo cancellations made between 0-7 days before first date of booking

 

Please note a bond of $200 will be applied to all bookings.  This will be refunded - less cleaning charges - upon vacating the premises, once condition of unit is confirmed.
